MURUGAN :RESPONDENT/ PETITIONER Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith. The High Court will be pleased to grant three months time to file the final report in this Case in the Cr.No.10/2016, on the file of the EOW-II, Madurai in Crl.OP.No.3769/2018 dated 16.03.2018.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Anandraj, Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the petitioner, and of Mr.I.Pinaygash, Advocate for the sole respondent, the Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to grant three months time to file the final report in this case in Crime No.10 of 2016 on the file of the EOWII, Madurai in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3769 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case a contempt petition has been filed before this Court in Cont.P.(MD) No.1641 of 2018 and this Court had granted three months time for filing the final report.

3.In view of the same, further period of three months time is granted for filing the final report in Crime No.10 of 2016 on the file of the EOW-II, Madurai and this case is adjourned after three months.
