RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the 1st respondent to produce the petitioners minor daughter Abisha, aged about 17 years from Vidiyal Home, No.21, Kennet Nagar, Muthupatti East, Near Palanganathan, Madurai-03, before this Honourable Court and handover the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER : This writ petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof the order of the High court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.Russal Raj, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.Mohan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-1, and Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, Advocate for the 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to hand over custody of the detenu Abisha, who has been kept in Vidiyal Home, No.21, Kennet Nagar, Muthupatti East, Near Palanganathan, Madurai-03, as per order passed earlier, to the petitioner.

The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

The detenu has been produced and she expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner.

Considering the stand taken by the detenu, she is permitted to go with the petitioner.
