ORDER
The petitioner, with an allegation that the third respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that a proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., has been initiated in LIR.No.01 of 2024 dated 20.01.2024 as against the petitioner. Instead of challenging the said proceedings, the petitioner filed the present petition.
3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the manner known to law.
