This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.399 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. On 18.04.2017, this Court passed the following order: "When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned document has been sent through the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to the Assistant Director, Regional Forensic Science Laboratory on 21.06.2016 for verifying the genuineness of the signature in the said document.

In view of the above, no stay of investigation can be granted. The respondent police shall proceed with the investigation and report to this Court the outcome of the expert opinion obtained from the Assistant Director, Regional Forensic Science, Laboratory. Adjourned to 15.06.2017."

2. Today, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the report from the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Madurai has been received and after recording the statement of witnesses the investigation has been completed and the case has been altered from Sections 409, 468, 471 and 420 IPC to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
