ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant, dated 17.09.2014, issued against the second respondent, by the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.32 of 2014 in M.C.No.54 of 2012, dated 17.09.2014, within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.S.Balamurugan, Inspector of Police, attached to Tenkasi Police Station, is present.

3. On instructions from him, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), has submitted that the non-bailable warrant, dated 17.09.2014, issued by the learned Judge, Family Court, in Crl.M.P.No.32 of 2014 in M.C.No.54 of 2012, has been executed on the second respondent and he has also been produced before the Family Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
