Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 7 for their criminal trespass and for abusing in the public place and for damaging the petitioner's properties based on the complaints, dated 02.02.2025, 06.02.2025 and 14.02.2025, within the time frame fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court. ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 7 for their criminal trespass and for abusing obscene words in the public place and for damaging the petitioner's properties based on the complaints, dated 02.02.2025, 06.02.2025 and 14.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the private respondents for the criminal trespass and abusing obscene words 2/5

and also causing damages of the properties of the petitioner. The petitioner sent complaints, dated 02.02.2025, 06.02.2025 and 14.02.2025 to the respondents but the same have not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that they received the complaints of the petitioner and issued summons to the petitioner but the petitioner has not appeared for summons. The private respondents also not appeared for summons. However, they will enquire the complaint and will dispose of within one week.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to take action based on the complaints given by the petitioner and the same is under enquiry by the third respondent, it is for the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a week.

5. In view of the same, this Court directs the third respondent to enquire the matter and dispose of the same within a period of one (1) 3/5

week from the date of this order after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
