ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.8 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation was completed and the matter was referred as "Action Dropped".

Dropped", this petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to furnish the copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner, if the petitioner is not already served and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
