This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without any legally sustainable complaint.

2.The learend counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondent.

3.Heard both sides.

4.It is seen from the records that there are two complaints given before the respondent police. The first complaint was given by one Joseph in CSR No.538 of 2016 against one A.Fredrick and A.Leo Andrews, who is the petitioner herein and it was enquired into by the respondent police and closed. Another complaint was given in CSR No.539 of 2016 by one A.Fredrick against Joseph and David Sagayam and on the complaint, enquiry was conducted and it was also closed by the respondent police on 16.02.2017 itself. As on date, there is no complaint pending before the respondent police against the petitioner herein and hence, the alleged harassment is not true.
