ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name P.Selvin Thomas.

2. When the matter was taken up, no one appears for the petitioner. That apart, on going through the affidavit filed by the petitioner, we are able to see that the petitioner's husband by name P.Selvin Thomas has gone to his sister's place and staying with her. While that being the case of the petitioner, it is not known as to how the present Habeas Corpus Petition can be filed for production of her husband, who is aged about 37 years from the illegal custody of the third respondent.
