ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 22.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 366, 366(A), 343 IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act, 2012 in Cr.No.16 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused had sexual intercourse with the victim girl on promise to marry her.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother of the first accused and the first accused was arrested and enlarged on bail by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.15133 of 2016.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Mahila court, (Fast Track), Theni, and on condition that the petitioner, being a lady, shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
