The petitioner seeks relief of issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 18.12.2024.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate for respondents. 3.The petitioner's claim for survey is based on the patta in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, there can be no impediment for the respondents 2 and 3 to proceed to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 18.12.2024.

4.Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent with the assistance of the third respondent to conduct the survey based on the petitioner's online application dated 18.12.2024, after hearing the objections of any neighbours, other interested parties, if any.
