ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 30.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)IPC in Cr.No.20 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody from 30.07.2016.

4.Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 5.Case arises out of love affair as it reveals from Statement of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. sd/- 16/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
