Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the Principal Sessions Judge cum PCR Judge, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the very same day of the surrender and to release them on bail on the every same day itself, in connection with the FIR in Crime No.100 of 2020on the file of second respondent police.

ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Susi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Anandharaj, Additional Public Prosecutor on Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time for surrendering before the trial Court as per the order of this Court, dated 14.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5334 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not in a position to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender. 3.Considering the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court, on or before 23.04.2021, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
