Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to call for the records in E.A. No. 2 of 2017 in C.C. No. 64 of 2011 dated 01.07.2015 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Theni District and set aside the same. For Petitioners :

Mr. K.P.S.Palanivel Rajan Senior Counsel for Mr.K.Prabakaran C O M M O N O R D E R Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions reserving the right of the Petitioners to file Revision Petition under Section 47(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission against the impugned orders and depending upon its outcome, to work out the further course of action in the manner recognized by law. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that for the purpose of reckoning limitation for availing the aforesaid remedy, the period from the date of filing of the Civil 2/4

Revision Petitions, viz., 13.03.2024, till the date on which the certified copy of this order is made ready by the Registry, shall be excluded. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
