ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MALA,J) Alleging that his son by name Rajiv, aged 25 years, is missing, the petitioner has come forward with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to secure and produce him before this Court.

2.Today, when this petition is taken-up for hearing, the detenu Rajiv appeared before this Court, voluntarily. The detenu has been identified by the counsel for the petitioner. When enquired, he stated that he is aged about 25 years and he fell in love with one girl by name Priyanka Gandhi, aged 24 years, and since there was objection from the relatives of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said girl, he eloped with her and on coming to know about the pendency of this petition, he voluntarily appeared before this Court. He further stated that he was not under the illegal custody of anyone and he is ready to go with his father, the petitioner herein.
