ORDER
Challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.8030 of 2024 on 19.12.2024 in a petition filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, this criminal revision case has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already F.I.R has been registered as against the respondents in Crl.M.P.No.8030 of 2024 in terms of the order in Crl.M.P.No.8030 of 2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, dated 19.12.2024. He further submitted that the petitioner has already availed anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8007 of 2025 before this Court on 29.04.2025. However, the petitioner has not turned up to comply the conditions in the aforesaid order. Taking note of the same, I do not find any need to interfere with the impugned order. 2/4
