This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to execute the arrest warrant issued against the 4th respondent in E.A No.126/2024 in RBT/C.C No.180 / 2024 dated 09.01.2025 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal forum, Madurai.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that already they went to the 4th respondent office to execute the warrant, but no any officials in the office and only a watchman alone posted in the office. Therefore, they are unable to execute the warrant and if any official available, they will execute the warrant.
3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents no.1 Page No. 2 of 4
and 2 to execute the warrant and the respondents no.1 and 2 are not coming under the jurisdiction of this Court, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 26.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Mac Page No. 3 of 4
