Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PONKARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.ASOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 24.03.2018 and investigation has not been completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, Tirunelveli respondent on alternative days in the morning at 10.30 am. This petition is ordered accordingly.
