PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.337 of 2021 IN CRL RC(MD) No.22 of 2021: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Suspend the substantial Sentence passed against the Petitioner/Accused above named in Crl.A.No.88 of 2017 by the order dated 22.01.2020 rendered by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai by reversing the order of acquittal passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai in C.C.No.255 of 2015 dated 09.06.2017 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Revision.
