Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenu namely Reeta, Daughter of Mani, aged 27 years and Mithiran, Son of Babu Selvakumar, aged 4 years before this Court and set them at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu namely Reeta and Mithiran, daughter and grandson of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, Town North Police Station, Dindigul Town has produced the detenu and they have been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
