RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed thereof the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 2nd respondent to produce the person or body of the detenue, the petitioner's wife PALTHAI, w/o.Krishnamoorthy, aged 18 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER : This HCP coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SOLAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.Mayil Vahana Rajendran Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2 the court made the following order:- Today, the detenue was produced by the second respondent. The petitioner and the mother of the detenue were also present. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent viz., Gurunathan was arrested and today he would be produced before J.M No.II, Sattur for remand, in connection with Cr.No.251/15 U/s. girl missing @ 341,506(i),366(A) and 344 of IPC and Section 9 r/w 10 of POSCO Act 2012.

consider the matter. Now, she expressed her willingness to go alongwith her mother.
