When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.35 of 2017 and that the police have issued summons to both parties to appear for enquiry.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct thorough enquiry in C.S.R.No.35 of 2017 and take action in accordance with law.
