This petition has been filed to quash the impugned notice issued by the first respondent in M.C.67/2021/A3 dated 26.03.2021, dated 26.03.2021.

2.According to the petitioner, after 2002 no complaint has been registered against him and despite of the good behavior, the petitioner was served with notice in two times. 3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, it is only a show cause notice, which has been issued to the petitioner to show cause why the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C., ought not to be initiated, but he has not responded so far. Crl O P(MD)No 5091 of 2021 petitioner has given a detailed representation on 31.03.2021. 4.A perusal of the records shows that on the same date of representation, this petition came to be filed. However, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation in response to the show cause notice and on receipt of the representation, the respondents shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. The petitioner shall enclose a copy of this order along with the representation. 5.With the above direction, this Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
