Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Antony Savari Muhtu, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Veeravanallur Police Station, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.56 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 19.07.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, but, the same has not yet been taken on file.

2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, to pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
