ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings R.No.1020, dated 04.04.2018 and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent, who is the disciplinary authority has also issued the charge memo, which is against the principles of law.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent/Chief Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Tiruchirappalli has been transferred to some other place. Therefore, a new officer has been posted in his place. 4.In these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
