ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by names Kasimathi and Shanthi, wife and daughter of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.
3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, C3, S.S.Colony Police Station has produced the detenu and they have been identified by the petitioner.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
