This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to file final report in Crime No.287 of 2015 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet was filed and it was taken on file as C.C.No.78 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District.
