ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Surya @ Durga Devi aged 21 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas, his counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Sirukanur Police Station has produced the detenu and she stated that she got married with the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
