2.The appellant herein filed W.P.(MD)No.31101 of 2024 challenging the communications dated 28.11.2024 and 12.12.2024 issued by the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 20.12.2024 dismissed the writ petition as not maintainable. Challenging the same, this writ appeal has been filed. 2/4

3.It is seen that the communications impugned in the writ petition were addressed to one V.R.Sivakumaran in his individual capacity. V.R.Sivakumaran is not before us. Therefore, the writ petition itself has to be dismissed on that ground. The order passed by the learned Single Judge is sustained and the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
