Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2018 and to release the title deed of the petitioner as per repayment of the petitioner for the remaining loan amount without penalty and cumulative interest for the above said loan.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving personal opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
