Respondents (R8 is suo motu impleaded vide order dated 05.06.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.5689 of 2023) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the service benefits as like as monetary benefits same as date of the petitioner's batchmates those who are appointed in the academic year 2009-2010 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2022 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks disposal of the petition-mentioned representation. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.(MD)No.112 of 2018 dated 18.09.2018, there is no prospect of the petition-mentioned representation being favourably considered. 3.I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The stand taken by the respondents can as well be reflected in a formal order. In this view of the matter, the Joint Director of School Education, Chennai is directed to consider petition-mentioned representation and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
