This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2025.

Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted the investigation is in process. 3.Therefore, the respondents police are directed to take into account the additional facts and evidence submitted by the petitioner. Before concluding the final report, the above facts and evidence shall be 2/4

duly considered and thereafter, the final report shall be filed before the concerned Court.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
