ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC., in Crime No.'Not Known' of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that an FIR was registered in Crime No.5 of 2016 against the petitioners herein.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh petition, without back papers.
