The present petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned III Additional District Judge for PCR cases, Madurai, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Cr.No.40 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police.

Considering the limited prayer sought for, this application stands allowed and the III Additional District Judge for PCR cases, Madurai, is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender, in case if the defacto complaint has been issued with a notice and he had been heard.
