ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.10.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nagarcoil and after enquiry, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
