ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.21824 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, for executing the sureties.

2. Mr.S.Sathiya Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to financial crisis the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 27.03.2025 to comply the order, dated 11.12.2024 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21824 of 2024.
