This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Kulithalai, Karur District, to the 4th respondent herein, pursuant to the representation, dated 18.05.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.K.Anbarasan, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, final report has been filed in Crime No.11 of 2015, which was also taken on file in C.C.No.291 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai. It is further submitted that the trial in the case had already commenced and examination of P.W.1 was over and the case has been posted on 25.10.2016, for examination of P.Ws.2 and 3.

3. Recording the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
