ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.10(i) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1773 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.

2. Mr.Niranjan S. Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits 1/3

that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai insisted to file Solvency Certificate. Hence, he is unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1773 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025. Therefore, he prays for the modification of condition No.10(i) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the request made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to order as follows: "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai shall verify the sureties and record its satisfaction, as per law, without insisting Solvency Certificate."

5. In view of the above, time is extended to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1773 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025, till 28.03.2025. sd/- 14/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / 14/03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
