ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) The mother has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking to produce the body or person of the detenue, Malinidevi, D/o. Sivasubramanian, aged about 20 years, who is her daughter and to set her at liberty.
2. Today, when the mater was taken up for hearing, the detenue was produced before this Court. We enquired the detenue.
3. She informed us that she is studying medicine and that, due to some misunderstanding between herself and her mother, she was staying with her friend at Gujarat. She further stated that she is willing to go along with her mother.

4. The petitioner, who is the mother, stated that there was some misunderstanding with her daughter and that the same has been resolved and she further stated that she will take care of her daughter.
5. Considering the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
