(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the detenu by name Janani, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that earlier the very same petitioner has filed HCP (MD)No.588 of 2015 so as to direct the respondents therein to secure and produce the detenu and accordingly the detenu has been secured. Since the detenu has not attained majority, she has been directed to house in Vidiyal home till she attains majority with liberty to file petition. On the basis of earlier direction, the present petition has been filed. Now the detenu has attained majority.
4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
