2.Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents.

3.This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue nomination form to the petitioner and consequently, permit him to participate in the election process in the 3rd respondent / Society. 4.The only grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the petitioner has not been given nomination form. 5.It is pointed out by the learned Additional Advocate General that no nomination form is required, to be supplied to the candidates, as per rules.

6.Since the petitioner has not submitted any nomination form, this Court finds no merits in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
