This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the second respondent to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receiving the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
