ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.20606 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.20606 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, once in a month (first working day of every month) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.03.2026 sbn 2/4
