The petitioner seeking for police protection to the petitioner at the time of measuring the land, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 06.09.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner shall approach the second respondent police with necessary documents and the second respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed, directing the second respondent to take action as per law on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.09.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the decision.
