ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 02.12.2016, this Court, while entertaining the anticipatory bail petition, granted interim anticipatory bail, based on the affidavit dated 02.12.2016, wherein, in Paragraph No.7, the petitioner undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.
2 lakhs on or before 07.12.2016 and also undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.15 lakhs within a period of three months, on mortgaging this property with LIC of SBI. Further, he undertakes to pay the balance amount of Rs.13 lakhs within a period of seven months thereafter. This order was passed on 02.12.2016. The total period granted by this Court expired on 02.10.2017 itself.
2. The matter is listed today for reporting compliance. The petitioner paid only a sum of Rs.8,25,000/- and she did not pay the balance amount. She is not able to comply the condition imposed by this Court, in the year 2016.
3. In view of the above, I am not inclined to extend the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court, on 02.12.2016, since the petitioner did not comply with the undertaken given by her before this Court by way of affidavit. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
