This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.151 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent on the ground that they have arrived at a compromise.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.151 of 2016 has been completed and chargesheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Ramanathapuram on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.12.2016, but the same has not been taken on file.
