ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.02.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for the extension of the lease period for a further period of three months commencing from 01.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered by the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of this case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
