ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.1088 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 1088 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 23.01.2026 onwards regularly and the investigation is completed. However, final report has not yet been filed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.1088 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
