ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Accused No.2, who was arrested on 28.06.2016 for offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in Cr.No.289 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the first accused and the deceased were in drunken mood and due to some wordy quarrel between them, the first accused cut the neck of the deceased and caused his death.

3..Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the friend of A.1 and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
