ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.18093 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18374 of 2025 vide its order dated 03.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 17.03.2026 sbn 2/4
